The thrill of turning an idea into reality is what motivated Alexandre to pursue entrepreneurship from the early days of his career. He founded 3EYOND Consulting Group in 2009 to support clients and communities who are passionate about fighting climate change and transition to a 100% clean energy future.

Since then, he has provided technical expertise to businesses and communities in British Columbia and in the Yukon, investigating and developing wind, micro-hydro, biomass, solar energy, district energy systems, and community energy plans.

He supports clients from early stage development through construction and operation & maintenance. He is currently the project manager for two large microgrid solar projects in the Yukon for the communities of Beaver Creek and Old Crow. He is also responsible for the energy and financial modeling, and for the coordination and management of the technical, legal consultants and contractors.

Alexandre holds a master’s degree in biofuel and biochemical generation and a PhD in hydrogen production. He worked as a R&D researcher in the biodiesel sector for several years.

As far as he can remember, Ivan has been a conservationist and proponent for climate advocacy. He is thrilled to actively contribute towards the global climate movement, which is destined to be the greatest transformation of this century.

Ivan brings more than 20 years of banking industry experience to his role. Over his career at HSBC, Ivan has made an impact on the global entity by leading several pilot projects including the launch of a new global standard Executive Committee report, Country Operating Report, and the Canadian launch of the management information system transformation He holds CPA,CMA designation.

Ibrahim is a renewable energy consultant and project management professional with 4.5 years of experience in energy, telecommunications and mobile financial services. His technical background is in renewable and nuclear energy integration, hybrid battery management systems and electric vehicles.

He is currently applying his experience in modeling and simulation of hybrid energy systems for off-grid communities and Community Energy Planning to formulate effective energy management plans at 3EYOND.

Andrew brings over 16 years of expertise in the wind energy sector, combining deep technical knowledge with a passion for sustainable solutions. His work focuses on supporting solar energy operations, analyzing performance data, and advancing community energy projects. Leveraging his background in pre-construction and operational analytics, Andrew is excited to collaborate with northern and First Nations communities, valuing their rich knowledge of the land and unique perspectives.

Outside of work, Andrew is an adventurer at heart, with a history of cycling 12,000 km from Cairo to Cape Town to promote sustainable transport and raise funds for healthcare initiatives. He’s equally committed to minimizing his own carbon footprint through reforestation and green living practices.

Anya is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over a decade of experience supporting complex infrastructure projects. Her unique combination of strong financial management and communication skills ensure that teams are on the same page and the budgets are on track. She is a passionate advocate for sustainable development, continuous improvement and leading organizational change management. 

Carolina started her career as a biologist, investigating the potential of wheat straw as a source of fuels and chemicals. She switched from research to business after working at a startup that developed the market of eco-friendly papers in Canada. This is when she realized her passion for story-telling and communication were important skills to grow any business.
She has an MSc from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from Business School Lausanne. She currently helps fast-growing companies in technical fields share their story and communicate their value in a customer-centric way.
